TNT RV Tours

TNT RV Tours is serving the much neglected niche in the RV tour business, providing all women caravans and rallys. Also, our guests being served asked for shorter and therefore more economical trips than the other RV tour companies. We do not feel we are in competition with these other companies in that we are serving a different population, length of trip, and therefore different choice in trip destinations.

TNT Tour Safety

Traveling in a group adds safety and security to your trip. You will have the peace of mind that every detail of the trip has been scrutinized for the safety and security of our guests.

TNT Payment Policy

A deposit of 20% confirms your reservation. The final balance is due 90 days prior to departure.

TNT Trip Preparations

Approximately 60 days prior to any TNT Tour you will receive a trip packet which will include emergency paperwork, a list of recommended items to bring, what you may expect during your tour, final rendezvous information, etc. TNT will follow this up with a telephone call to clarify all this information and answer any questions you may have.

TNT and Pets

We love dogs, cats, parrots, etc. Leave the snakes at home. Pets require documentation of current vaccinations. We want our guests to realize that some of our activities may have us away from our rigs as much as 3/4 of a day. Special arrangements to walk, feed, and water pets left at RV parks should be made in advance of the trip. We will work with you to get needed contact information to make necessary arrangements.

TNT Car Pooling

Tow vehicles are recommended but not required. Our tours will use car pool practices to see that all participants are able to easily enjoy all planned events and side trips.

TNT Cancellation Policy

Occasionally life brings us unexpected events that may cause a need to cancel a trip. If you cancel for any reason, your deposit will be refunded 100% up to 120 days prior to the trip. 120-90 days prior to the trip all monies except 50% will be refunded. Less than 90 days prior all monies except 75% will be refunded. We understand that unforeseen emergencies do happen, yet many of our providers require non-refundable deposits on your behalf.

TNT and Trip Cancellation/Medical Insurance

We recommend our guests consider obtaining trip and cancellation insurance. Your pre trip packet includes an option. Under no circumstances will TNT RV Tours LLC be liable for any claims or legal action that may arise from this insurance. Learn more by clicking here.
